Experience the Music and Fun of Shaw Air Force Base's First Ever
READY, SET Glow 5K Run!
Sign-in starts @ 7 P.M. - April 25th @ The Fitness Annex.

The 5k run hosted by 20th Force Support Squadron's Shaw Fitness Center and Youth Programs features Glow Stations, Face Painting, ZUMBA, Music, Food, and a Bouncy Castle!

The fun is open to all military,  DoD, spouses, and other cardholders.
Sponsored guest are welcomed.

Sign-up before March  21st and pay only $15.00 for all this fun! Youth ages 4-16 pay only $5.00. Under 4, it is  FREE!
From March  22nd - April 16th adults pay $20.00, youth ages 4-16 pay $7.50, children under 4 are FREE.

The first 100 adult registrants receive FREE " Glow Glasses."
