Palmetto Challenge

All Valid Military ID Card holders are welcome to participate in this fun Run/Walk event!

Log your miles in the challenge book after each workout. Participants may choose to complete their workout at the Fitness Center using any of the center’s cardio equipment treadmill, bike or elliptical, or the base track and/or running trails.

Completed distance miles must be logged in at the Fitness Center by June 30!

Participants will receive incentive awards for their efforts.

Woodland Pool Opening

Pool season is May 23 - Sept 1!

Pool hours are

Mon - Fri: 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Sat: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Sun: 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Youth/Adult League
(Sat. 24 May, 2014 5:00 pm - Sat. 30 Aug, 2014 11:00 pm)

4 person teams (1 member must be an adult).
Party at the end of league with trophies and each child will get a bowling ball!

Swim Club Challenge
(Sun. 1 Jun, 2014 8:00 am - Sun. 31 Aug, 2014 5:00 pm)

The Swim Club is an incentive program that tracks laps and culminates towards a prize for their level of accomplishment.

Youth Center Bowling League
(All day)

Shaw Lanes proudly represents Youth Center Bowling League. Each team must have 4 kids and be able to bowl for 8 weeks. The cost is only $7.00 per child per week. That's not it -- At the end of league, all kids will have a party with prizes and trophies!

Children must be enrolled in YP Summer Program.

Summer Reading Program

McElveen ILC launches its Paws to Read! Summer Reading Program starts on 06/16/2014. During the next 6 weeks, the library will host a range of free activities for children , teens, and adults that encourage and support a love of reading. Participants also can win prizes for reaching their reading goals.

On the first day, June 16th, the Columbia Marionette Theatre will represent "Professor Brainstorm's Brilliant Idea" at 11 a.m. as a grand kick-off event.

Registration is available HERE between May 16th - June 15th.

Dads Bowl FREE

When playing with their child, dads get to bowl FREE! Offer valid during open bowling times, is subject to lane availability, and does not include Thunder Alley.

Bingo - Mondays AND Tuesdays!
