Combative House

The Combative House is offering an intense hand-to-hand fitness schedule. Located in Building 1842 the schedule of events includes:

Functional Fitness – a one hour workout in 30 minutes, bring your towel, you will need it.

Cross Fit – perform “functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity”. A Core strength and conditioning program.

Boxing – if you want to release all that stress or just striving to be an Olympic boxer.

Ju Jitsu – Learn the method of defending yourself without weapons by using strength and weight of an adversary to disable them.

Extreme Fitness – Come get an intensive workout, not for the weak mind or body.

Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 6:30 am – 8 am, 11 am – 1 pm and 3 pm – 5 pm.
