Career Assistance Advisor (CAA)The CAA assists Airmen with professional enhancement and informed decision making, shaping tomorrow’s Air Force. Additionally, the CAA helps supervisors with counseling enlisted personnel on retraining, special duties, reenlistments and AF benefits. The CAA also develops, supervises, and manages local retention and professional enhancement courses. |
