Celebrate Earth Day at Wateree Recreation Area on April 18 at 9:00 am and we'll help teach your children how to garden and grow their own vegetables. We'll talk about the soil, how to plant, when to plant and what to plant. We’ll plant in our community garden and each child will get their own vegetable plant to take home and enjoy the fruits of their labors.
