Sign up for this year’s annual stationary bike cycling challenge. Open to all valid military and dependent ID cardholders, 16 years or older. Cycle the distance from the start of the trail in Maine to Connecticut (730 miles) to receive a coozie. Pedal on to Virginia (1317 miles) for a workout towel. Go for the glory and simulate the entire trail (2160 miles) and get a fitness bag! Log your miles at the front counter of the Fitness Center. The challenge will run from July 1 through September 30.

The Get Golf Ready Program is an instruction program designed to teach players in 4 lessons everything they need to know to step onto a golf course and play with more confidence! Need a chess partner? Want to learn the basics, fine tune your game, or maybe just make a new friend? Come play a friendly game of chess with volunteers at the Information learning Center. Depending on your skill level, you will be pared with others to play an informal game or two. Even if you’ve never played chess, you will be paired with someone who will be more than happy to teach you the basics.
No matter your dance ability or skills, come out and learn the basic steps, one step at a time. Our instructor can provide you with the right moves to get you up and grooving.
