Sign up for this year’s annual stationary bike cycling challenge. Open to all valid military and dependent ID cardholders, 16 years or older. Cycle the distance from the start of the trail in Maine to Connecticut (730 miles) to receive a coozie. Pedal on to Virginia (1317 miles) for a workout towel. Go for the glory and simulate the entire trail (2160 miles) and get a fitness bag! Log your miles at the front counter of the Fitness Center. The challenge will run from July 1 through September 30.

The Get Golf Ready Program is an instruction program designed to teach players in 4 lessons everything they need to know to step onto a golf course and play with more confidence! Program conducted by PGA Professionals! Lessons include full swing, chipping, pitching, bunker play, putting, and on-course play.
