Sign up for this year’s annual stationary bike cycling challenge. Open to all valid military and dependent ID cardholders, 16 years or older. Cycle the distance from the start of the trail in Maine to Connecticut (730 miles) to receive a coozie. Pedal on to Virginia (1317 miles) for a workout towel. Go for the glory and simulate the entire trail (2160 miles) and get a fitness bag! Log your miles at the front counter of the Fitness Center. The challenge will run from July 1 through September 30.

TAP learning objectives are better achieved through active participation with those in the same pier group, to include age, experience and circumstance. All participants receive the same DOL-approved curriculum.
