The Spratt Education Center provides education counseling, CCAF advisement, commissioning opportunities, tuition assistance, GI Bill, CLEP/DANTES examinations, and testing. The Education and Training Section will be holding monthly commissioning briefings the third Thursday of every month at 3:00 p.m. If you are interested in becoming a commissioned officer, please attend one of these briefings prior to requesting an appointment with a counselor. Call 895-1838 to sign up for the briefing. The Air Force recently launched a Civilian Force Development (CFD) Reference Center on the AF Portal for civilians and supervisors to learn about CFD framework, tools, and programs designed to help civilians focus on professional development. An introductory video by General Howie Chandler, Vice Chief of Staff, USAF, a webinar introducing the Civilian Force Development framework, programs, tools, and an evaluation to provide feedback have been placed on the CFD Reference Center. You can get to the reference center through the AF Portal > Life & Career > Force Development > Civilian Force Development Reference Center.
