Welcome to the Carolina Pines Inn. We are very proud of our facilities. Customer satisfaction is our guiding goal and we are committed to service excellence. We maintain our quarters to the highest standard. Carolina Pines Inn provides over 95 transient visiting quarters and 39 lodging quarters for families. Each family unit can accommodate a family of five. These units have a kitchenette, dining, living areas, and a full bath with a separate bedroom. They’re fully equipped with kitchen and eating utensils, small appliances, cordless telephones, and two television sets. The front desk sells sundry items, to include; sodas, chips, snacks, and microwave meals. Free laundry facilities and a business center are available for our guests.

When checking in, DOD identification must be shown. Advance payment must be at check-in or secured with a credit card. Payment may be made at anytime day or night. Visa or MasterCard is accepted. A $15 fee is charged for any returned check. Refunds for advance payments or overpayments will be made on the spot or mailed to you.

Checkout is 1100 hours. Late checkouts will be charged an additional night fee. If you anticipate a delay in checking out, notify the front desk immediately. Allowance will be made if possible. Express checkout is provided to every guest.

The front counter is staffed 24 hours a day. Please feel free to contact them with any problems, suggestions or comments. We do appreciate customer comments. Please take the time to complete the customer satisfaction survey provided in your room and deposit it at the front desk.
